Dear customer,
In compliance with law no. 144/2015 of 8 September, we inform our customers that in the event of a dispute they may resort to an arbitration center to resolve it:
What does alternative dispute resolution consist of?
This resolution allows consumers to obtain assistance from official entities that help resolve problems more quickly and in many cases more efficiently, thus avoiding having to resort to the courts. These entities act as mediators between the company and the consumer with a view to resolving the conflict. Resolving the issue in this way is also usually more cost-effective than resorting to the courts.
Therefore, Oporto Webdesign informs its clients who wish to exercise their right to complain that they have two official and impartial means at their disposal to resolve the issue(s) under discussion.
Official website of the European Union
The European Union has developed an online website so that consumers can make complaints about possible disputes with companies.
If you are not satisfied with the possible solutions proposed by Oporto Webdesign for the problem under discussion, you can access the following website: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=PT
